Adults 18 and over only. This is not a treatment for sleep apnea. Do not use if you have sleep apnea, a respiratory condition such as asthma, loose teeth, gum disease, jaw or TMJ problems, dentures, or a dental implant placed within the last year. Possible effects include jaw or tooth soreness, extra saliva, and over time changes to your bite. If you snore heavily or stop breathing during sleep, see a doctor first.

Adjustable Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece

Separate bedrooms is not a solution.

Nasal strips fall off. Mouth tape is uncomfortable. Special pillows do very little. Meanwhile the person next to you is the one not sleeping, and neither of you wants to keep having the conversation. There is another way.

The mechanism

Hold the jaw forward. Open the airway.

Snoring noise comes from soft tissue at the back of the throat vibrating as air passes over it. Holding the lower jaw slightly forward widens that space, so there is less vibration and less noise. The upper and lower trays adjust independently, so you can start at the smallest setting and move forward only as far as you need.

Questions

Does this treat sleep apnea?
No. It is designed to reduce snoring noise in adults, nothing more. If you stop breathing during sleep, gasp awake, or feel exhausted after a full night, that needs a doctor and a sleep study, not a mouthpiece bought online.
Who should not use it?
Anyone under 18, and anyone with sleep apnea, asthma or another respiratory condition, loose teeth, gum disease, jaw or TMJ problems, dentures, or a dental implant placed within the last year.
Will it hurt my jaw or move my teeth?
Mild soreness in the first few mornings is normal and usually settles. Because the device holds the jaw forward every night, long term use can change how your teeth meet. If you notice your bite feeling different, stop and see a dentist.
Will I drool?
Extra saliva is one of the most common effects in the first week. It usually reduces as you get used to the device.
Can I still breathe through my mouth?
Yes. The front is open, so mouth breathing is not blocked. This matters if you are congested.
Does it work for everyone?
No. Snoring has several causes and this only addresses one of them, tissue vibration at the back of the throat. If your snoring comes from nasal congestion or another cause, it may not help.
Can two people share one?
No. It is a personal oral device. One per person.
Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Not yet. We ship within Lebanon for $3 flat, cash on delivery.
