Snoring isn't loud breathing. It's a narrowed airway.
Nasal strips work on the nose, not the throat. Apps and pillow tricks don't touch the cause. As the jaw relaxes in sleep, the tongue slips back and narrows the airway, and the soft tissue vibrates. That vibration is the sound. There is another way.
Holds the jaw forward. Keeps the airway open.
A soft mouthpiece that gently advances the lower jaw a few millimetres while you sleep, so the airway stays open and the tissue can't vibrate. One universal size, adaptive material, no boiling or molding. BPA and latex free.

How to wear it
Two minutes before bed.
Rinse before first use
Wash the mouthpiece with warm water and mild soap before the first wear, and each morning after.
Settle it in
Place it over your teeth and bite gently so it sits comfortably. The lower section holds your jaw slightly forward.
Breathe normally
Breathe through your nose or the front opening. Give yourself a few nights to get used to the feel.
Clean and store
Rinse, dry, and keep it in its case between uses. Never use boiling water.
