The formula

Ceramides are what the barrier is built from, so putting them back is the most direct way to help skin hold water and stop reacting. Panthenol soothes and softens. Peptides support firmness over time. No fragrance, no essential oils, nothing that gives compromised skin something else to react to.
Questions
Will this clear my acne?
No. It supports the barrier and calms the look of redness, which helps skin that is irritated from acne treatment. It is not an acne treatment itself. Persistent or painful breakouts are worth seeing a dermatologist about, and there are treatments that genuinely work.
Is it good for eczema or rosacea?
It is fragrance free and barrier focused, which is the kind of moisturiser usually recommended alongside those conditions. It is not a treatment for either, and both should be managed with a doctor.
Will it feel heavy?
It is a cream rather than a gel, but it sinks in and layers under sunscreen and makeup without pilling if you use a small amount and let it settle.
Can I use it with retinol?
Yes, and it is a sensible partner for one. Apply the retinol first, let it absorb, then the cream. If skin is already stinging, pause the retinol until it settles.
Is it fragranced?
No added fragrance. That is deliberate, since fragrance is one of the most common triggers for reactive skin.
