Microcurrent passes a very low level current across the skin while you glide the head upward along the jaw and cheeks. Seven LED modes sit alongside it, red for the look of fine lines, blue for congested skin, green for uneven tone, and four more. Rechargeable, cordless, and small enough to keep by the sink.

Questions

Is this the same as a facelift or Botox?

No, and we would not put it that way. Those are medical procedures with different mechanisms and lasting effects. This is a cosmetic device that temporarily improves how firm and even skin looks, for as long as you keep using it.

Who should not use it?

Anyone with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or metal implants in the face, and anyone pregnant. Also avoid it over broken skin or active infection.

I have fillers, is it safe?

Ask the practitioner who placed them before using microcurrent over the area. This is not a question to answer from a product page.

Do I have to use a gel?

For microcurrent, yes. Dry skin does not conduct and running it dry is uncomfortable and less effective. The LED modes alone can be used on clean dry skin.

How long until I notice anything?

Many people see a temporary tightening after a session. Anything more sustained comes from daily use over several weeks, and it fades if you stop.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Usually, on a low setting. Start short, watch how your skin responds, and stop if you see lasting redness.
